1. The valve is made through low-temperature alloy precision casting or forging, with Y-shaped structure which can reduce the flow resistance, avoid the calorification, eddy and effusion, decrease the supplement of refrigerant, and meanwhile produce no liquid explosion or flash gas.

2. The six-level sealing structure uses imported materials and can thoroughly avoid leakage. Six levels of protection makes the structure more safe and reliable.

3. The valve rod is made of 304 stainless steel which can never be rusted. The surface is NANO processed (national patent) which has increased the surface hardness; meanwhile, the Ra value of surface finish is no more than 0.03 and the friction is almost zero. Therefore, under all cases, t can be opened and closed with the pilot wheel (no need to use any wrench). It has a testing record which is no leakage after 5000 times of operating, thus greatly enhancing the service life and safety.

4. High strength die-cast Aluminum cap of valve is used which is lightweight and stainless. Two different sizes of Quadrates (national patent) are on the cap to realize the operation of different types of valve rods.

5. Advanced modular design makes it possible to assemble different functions of components on the same valve, which is quite convenient and quick.

6. Its lengthened structure (national patent) never requires disassembling when welding (each bolt on the valve has fixed torque, effectively avoiding the leakage due to the unreasonable installation of torque when reassembling), which can effectively protect seal fillings from welding heat.

7. New type of seal structure (national patent) ensures the valve can be effectively closed at any position, greatly improving the safety.
