II. Instruction
DHV series products are used in hot gas lines to open the defrost hot gas flow to the evaporator in two steps. The DHV two-step solenoid valve is opened by the pressure difference AP between the inlet and outlet, AP ≥ 0.2 Bar. It adopts two-step opening. When the first step is opened, the flow rate reaches 20% of the total flow rate. After the second step is opened, the flow rate reaches 100%.
DFHV two-step solenoid valve includes two configurations, linkage configuration and independent configuration.
Linkage configuration: After the solenoid pilot valve in step one is opened, the solenoid pilot valve in step two will be fully opened.
Independent configuration: Regardless of whether the solenoid pilot valve in step 1 is open or not, the solenoid pilot valve in step 2 can independently open the valve to 100%. When selecting independent configuration, for some reasons, step one is ignored and is not opened. If step two is opened independently, there is a risk of liquid shock in the system.
